Shipping & Delivery

The following Shipping Policy is valid for all orders placed on our site. By buying one or more items on-line, you signify your agreement with our Shipping Policy.

Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by above courier services.

Small orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take two to three weeks depending on the location.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Saturday) excluding public holidays.

With each and every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details so that you can track status of your order.
Don’t accept if the packet is open or damaged. If you find if it is damaged after receiving the packet or any other complaints please intimate us within 24 hours.

The large majority of orders are shipped within 36 hours of the order, and delivered in 3 to 7 working days from shipping.

We ship through following courier services: BlueDart, IndiaPost, DTDC, Aramex and Gati.

We are not liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased items in case of unforeseen contingencies like floods, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

Shipping charges: orders within India paid online pay a flat Rs. 150 shipping charge. Cash on Delivery orders (India only, below Rs. 5,000) pay Rs. 250 instead (Rs. 150 + Rs. 100 COD charge). For these orders our team calls to collect Rs. 250 in advance, which is deducted from the total; the rest is paid at delivery, as explained below. International orders pay a flat Rs. 1,000 shipping charge and must be paid online. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and there are no hidden charges.
